Fit & Strong

Fit and Strong is a new class in response to the Covid pandemic that allows participants to work exclusively in their own space and with equipment that has been sanitised and that will not be used by other participants. The workout is done to motivational interval-based music with participants coached through their own selection of aerobic, weighted and core exercises.
